On May 27, 2026, the Smolensk State University of Sports hosted the All-Russian Research and Practical online conference with international participation.

"Problems and Prospects for the Development of the All-Russian Physical Culture and Sports Complex "Ready for Labor and Defense".

The purpose of the conference was to summarize scientific and practical experience, analyze current problems and develop strategic directions for improving the All-Russian Physical Culture and Sports Complex "Ready for Labor and Defense" in modern society.

Its tasks:

1. To summarize current trends and innovative approaches in scientific research on improving the All-Russian Physical Culture ad Sports Complex "Ready for Labor and Defense".

2. To discuss the historical and educational aspects of the evolution of the All-Russian Physical Culture and Sports Complex "Ready for Labor and Defense": lessons from the past and modern interpretations; medical, biological, and psychophysiological support for the implementation of its standards; organizational and managerial mechanisms for implementing the complex at the federal, regional, and municipal levels; the sociocultural potential of the complex; scientific and methodological support for the training process in preparation for its standards; the All-Russian Physical Culture and Sports Complex "Ready for Labor and Defense" in the education system.

3. To promote professional contacts, experience exchange, and consolidation of the scientific and pedagogical community.
