On April 29, 2026, the first International Student Research Conference "Student Research Spring - 2026" was held at the Department of Management and Natural Sciences of the Smolensk State University of Sports as part of the "Club of Interesting Meetings"

On April 29, 2026, the first International Student Research Conference "Student Research Spring - 2026" was held at the Department of Management and Natural Sciences of the Smolensk State University of Sports as part of the "Club of Interesting Meetings" student research conference. The conference brought together nine higher education institutions from the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus, as well as students from three countries (the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus, and the Republic of Haiti).

65 abstracts were presented by university students and undergraduates, and 22 speakers were announced for the plenary session. The student research conference was divided into three sections:

1. Economics, Management and Marketing;

2. Law and Social Policy. Patriotic Education;

3. Pedagogy. Physical Culture and Sports.

The Smolensk State University of Sports and the Department of Management and Natural Sciences thank the students and faculty of the Vitebsk State University named after P.M. Masherov, the Smolensk State University, the Academy of Management under the President of the Republic of Belarus, the Smolensk branch of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration, the Smolensk branch of the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation, the Smolensk branch of the International Law Institute, the Military Order of Kutuzov Academy of Troop Air Defense of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation named after Marshal of the Soviet Union A.M. Vasilevsky, and the National Research University "MPEI" for their participation in the conference and express their hope for further fruitful cooperation.
